1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the 520ji website, mobile applications, and associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the 520ji Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 520ji Platform. 520ji reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date clearly stated. Your continued use of the Platform following any such modification constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

In the event of a conflict between a language translation of these Terms and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility

To register for and use a 520ji account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is set in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by 520ji or any recognized gaming authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 520ji, or an immediate family member of such a person.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. 520ji reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 520ji services, you must create a Player Account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account details up to date at all times.

• One Account Policy: Each individual may maintain only one (1) active account on 520ji. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify 520ji immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• KYC Verification: 520ji may require you to submit government-issued identification documents (e.g., Philippine National ID, Passport, Driver's License) and proof of address as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Withdrawals may be withheld pending successful KYC verification.
• Account Accuracy: False or misleading information provided during registration constitutes grounds for immediate account termination without refund.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 520ji are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 520ji supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven (Cliqq). Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 520ji's discretion.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically credited within minutes of approval.
• Withdrawal Verification: 520ji reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Funds will not be released to a payment method different from the one used for the corresponding deposit without additional verification.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Using funds belonging to third parties, including through shared payment accounts, is prohibited.
• Transaction Fees: 520ji does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which 520ji bears no responsibility.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

520ji reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 520ji will cooperate fully with relevant Philippine authorities, including AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council).

5 Bonuses & Promotions

520ji offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each offer and the following general provisions:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on each bonus offer page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the validity period stated in the offer will automatically expire and be forfeited.
• Game Contributions: Different games contribute different percentages toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer and table games may contribute at reduced rates or be excluded entirely.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through collusion, arbitrage, the use of bots, or the opening of multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Maximum Bonus Conversion: Certain bonuses (particularly free spins and no-deposit offers) may have a cap on the maximum amount of winnings that can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable cap will be disclosed in the bonus terms.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

520ji is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

1. Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the 520ji Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
2. Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, particularly in live dealer, poker, or multiplayer game formats.
3. Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the 520ji Platform. Any winnings derived from a software error are void and will not be paid out.
4. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 520ji software or systems.
5. Using the 520ji Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
6. Posting or transmitting any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or obscene content through any communication channel on the Platform.
7. Impersonating another player, 520ji employee, or any other individual or entity.
8. Circumventing any self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction imposed by 520ji or any competent gaming authority.

520ji uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, regularly audited by independent testing laboratories, to ensure the fairness and unpredictability of all digital game outcomes. 7 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any software or content;
• Use any 520ji trademark, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written consent;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of 520ji intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 520ji, its directors, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, system failures, or events beyond 520ji's reasonable control;
• Errors in game results caused by malfunctions, communication failures, or third-party system issues;
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate password security;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that does not constitute professional financial or legal advice.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, the above limitations shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. In all cases, 520ji's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

520ji collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

520ji complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

11 Termination

520ji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information;
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 6;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request;
• Account inactivity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for breach, any balance remaining in the account (including bonus funds and derived winnings) may be forfeited at 520ji's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach (e.g., regulatory requirements), withdrawable real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 520ji customer support. Any pending bonuses or bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited upon voluntary closure unless wagering requirements have already been met.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and 520ji arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 520ji customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may pursue the matter through formal legal channels.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
