Easy Steps

How to Claim Your 520ji Bonus

Claiming your bonus at 520ji takes less than two minutes. No complicated forms, no hidden requirements — just straightforward steps.

Create or Log Into Your 520ji Account

If you're a new player, sign up at 520ji using your email or mobile number. Existing players can simply log in. Make sure your account is verified (KYC submitted) to unlock full bonus eligibility.

Navigate to the Promotions Page

From your 520ji dashboard, click on the "Promotions" or "Bonus" tab in the main menu. Here you'll see all active offers with clear eligibility and opt-in buttons where needed.

Opt In (If Required) and Make a Deposit

Some bonuses like the reload offer require you to click "Opt In" before depositing. Others, like the welcome bonus, activate automatically on your first deposit. Deposit via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank — minimum ₱500 for most bonuses.

Bonus Is Credited Instantly

Once your deposit is confirmed, your bonus funds appear in your account within seconds. You'll see both your real money balance and your bonus balance displayed separately in your 520ji wallet.

Play and Meet the Wagering Requirements

Use your bonus balance on eligible games (slots, bingo, live dealer, Andar Bahar). Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement (displayed clearly on the Promotions page). Once you meet the requirement, bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash automatically.

Pro Tip: Always read the full terms and conditions for each bonus before claiming. Wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry dates vary by offer. Understanding the rules helps you maximize your bonus value and avoid surprises.

Important Information

Bonus Terms & Conditions at 520ji

We believe in transparency. Here are the key terms that apply to all 520ji bonuses — no fine print, no hidden catches.

General Bonus Rules

All bonuses are available to players aged 21 years and above, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations (PAGCOR guidelines).
Bonuses are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP) and can only be used within the 520ji platform.
Each player is entitled to one account and one set of bonuses. Duplicate accounts will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.
Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered according to the stated requirements before conversion to real money.
520ji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion with 7 days' advance notice via email and website announcement.
Bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate bonus cancellation and potential account closure.

Wagering Requirements Explained

Wagering requirement (also called "playthrough" or "rollover") refers to how many times you must bet your bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.
Example: A ₱1,000 bonus with 30x wagering means you need to place ₱30,000 in total bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable cash.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering: Slots typically count 100%, live dealer games 10–20%, and some games like roulette may be excluded entirely.
Check the game contribution table on each bonus page before you play — this helps you clear bonuses faster.
Wagering requirements must be met within the bonus validity period (usually 7–30 days). Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.

Withdrawal & Maximum Win Rules

Some bonuses (especially no-deposit offers) have maximum win caps — for example, a birthday bonus may cap winnings at ₱10,000 even if you win more.
Once wagering is complete, any excess above the cap is removed and the remaining balance is converted to withdrawable cash.
You may withdraw your original deposit at any time, but doing so before meeting wagering requirements will forfeit the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–48 hours for verified accounts. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically instant once approved.

Responsible Gaming: Bonuses are designed to enhance your gaming experience, not to encourage excessive play. If you feel bonuses are causing you to wager more than you're comfortable with, you can opt out of all promotions via your 520ji account settings. For support, visit our Responsible Gaming page.
